The challenges of mental illness are every day and without notice. They come with stigma and judgement and not always understood by others. I see such beauty and strength when I see someone protecting their mental well being. The woman I am talking about is the epitome of kindness and light. You would never know that she struggles with her mental and physical well being on a daily basis because her love of others runs so deep. She takes her own challenges and turns them into ways to help others. With messages of kindness and love she hopes to let others know that they are not alone in the world. She knows that unexpected kindness is the most powerful tool we have to create human change.
