Sadly I only knew this beautiful soul for a short time before she passed away. Diagnosed with MS, Elaine raised two very spirited children while fighting pain, paralysis, loss of speech and balance. But Elaine had a way of looking at life and only seeing beautiful experiences. No matter what the circumstance, she always showed kindness without any expectation of getting anything in return. Only seeing the bright side of life, she truly had a heart of gold.
